Uniform Regulations

We expect all children to take pride in their uniform and that parents/caregivers ensure that the children have the correct form of dress. If any item of uniform is not worn, we ask that your child bring a note to his/her class teacher explaining the reason for this.
  • Children with long hair must not wear it loose. It is to be tied back with dark green, black or white hair tie.
  • Jewellery is not to be worn at school. Those with pierced ears are to wear small studs only.
  • Coloured nail polish is not allowed at any time.

Second-Hand Uniforms

The OLA Second Hand Uniform Sale is held twice a year in the first and third terms.

If you wish to sell your uniform please download the guidelines from the links tab.
Please note that all uniforms need to be clean and without tears or major blemishes. They should be left either with a PTA member or at the school office marked to the attention of the PTA with the appropriate label as per the guidelines at least two days prior to the sale.

The second hand Uniform sale is held on a set day, usually a Wednesday, in the first and third term and will be posted on this page. If you are unable to make these then please contact the PTA by emailing pta@ola.school.nz.
